The Shows

Shakespeare, the Bard of Avon
Each half-hour show is fast-paced, combining in equal measure the words of Shakspeare & complete, frenetic insanity.  All of the shows are audience-interactive.  You WILL become part of the show!

Where there's a Will, there's a Play!

"Two households, both alike in dignity ..."  Thus begins the Bard's tale of star-cross'd lovers, told to you as only the Bard himself can tell it.  Join William Shakespeare for a version of his classic that you'll never hear anywhere else - for you shall be a part of the show!  You'll laugh!  You'll cry!  You'll watch people die! Fun for the whole family!

"If music be the food of love, play on."  That's as romantic as this romantic-comedy gets, as penned by the Bard.  Join William Shakespeare as he pulls members of the audience up onstage to join a cast of dozens in a fast-paced adventure full of sword-fights, mistaken identities, romance, cross-dressing, and ... being chased by a bear?

From William I's conquering of England in 1066 to Elizabeth I's assension to the throne 500 years later, William Shakespeare takes you on a musical adventure through the highs & lows of annointed sovereigns.  Meet the greats (and those not so great) that have sat upon the throne (not that throne!).

(Exclusive to the New Jersey Renaissance Faire!)
Join the Bard in the war canoe on Liberty Lake, telling tales, singing sea shanties, & doing some raiding & pillaging (if we have time).  Beware of the sea monsters!
